Kidou Rules

Too avoid spamming of Kidous in a battle we should have a rule regarding it.

1. 1-50 Hadou and Bakudou(even in custom public or private kido) can be used once every 6 posts. For example, you used one Kidou from 1 to 50. You should wait 5 posts to use another kidou ranging from 1-50.

2. 51-99(even in custom public or private kido) Hadou and Bakudou can be used once every 10 posts. For example, you used Kidou with a number of 51 to 99. You should wait 10 posts to use another kidou from 51-99

3. If you want to use another kidou that is open for public.
a. You need to PM the creator of that kidou telling you want to use his kidou.
b. If the creator approves it, you need to train it in the "techniques training" board.
c. If your training has been approved, you can use the kidou now.

4. Captains and Legendary Vizards can use all the existing kidou(in anime and manga) even the forbidden in soul society.

5. Vice Captain and seated officers can not use kidou with a number more than 70. It means they can use kidou from 1 up to 69 only.

6. Normal Rank shinigami and Vizards can not use kidou with a number more than 60. It means they can use kidou from 1 up to 59 only.

7. All stated in Hadou EX and Bakudou EX is open for all public. EX is the symbol that is a custom kidou created for public. Those who have PR is for Private only.

8. NO GODMODDING! No ridiculously overpowered Kido.

9. Don't make silly Kido that don't fit into the description of Kido, like Kido that summon some kind of creature and produce illusions.

10. Kido spells are much stronger when the incantation of the Kido spell is recited, followed by the type of Kido type, followed by the number of the spell, followed by the name of the spell.

11. For creating a private and public kidou I make a rule to have a limit of creating it. You can only create a MAXIMUM of 3 private kidou and 3 public kidou[This includes bakudou and hadou] only(for others to have a chance in creating their own).
