Vizard rules- How to get vizard position- And Espada rules-how to get position

First off there is a lot of people just randomly getting up and say they wanna be a vizard. If u wanna be one so bad here are something u need.

1: U have to have been a captain or vice captain to obtain this..

2: U have to have good reasoning and convince the leader of vizards and or 2 admins why u should be in this group

3: Write 2500 words of history and why u wanna be a vizard and also why we should not pick someone else.

Espada rules

1: U have to have been a arrancar gillain adjuchas or vasto lorde

2 U need a reason of why u wanna be a espada and such.

3: Just like vizards u need to write 2500 words of why and your history and stuff and don't forget other things as well...
